Northern Mobile doors opened for business back in 1980. At the time, Northern Mobile's focus was providing alternator & starter rebuilding services for the trucking and excavating industries.
Our mission has been to provide real solutions to our customers as it relates to equipment that uses DC electric. Our service offerings include, but are not limited to:
- Starter, DC Motor, Alternator, Generator Rebuild Services. If it uses or produces DC electric, we probably have fixed something like it.
- Batteries - Since everything Northern Mobile repairs uses batteries, often times we found the need for replacing them. Our customers have come to rely on us for all their battery needs. Northern Mobile is an Exide Battery Warehouse and stocks many brands and types of batteries including Lead Acid, Advanced Glass Mat - AGM, NiCad, and even the small ones. Our focus has been to offer the best battery available to meet customer demands.
- Battery Cables - Almost everything that uses batteries has battery cables. Often times these cables need replaced. If you have a battery cable that needs replaced Northern Mobile has probably already made it. We stock flexible battery cable for sizes 6 ga to 4/0. We use heavy zinc plated copper ends and crimp most ends onto the cable using a hydraulic press for maximum conductivity. Northern Mobile uses heat shrink that contains rubber glue for the best seal and has loom for the finishing touches.
